Description
DMS-401 ist ein System von Autronic-Melchers, das auf die Besonderheiten organischer Displaymodule eingeht. Die Messoptik des Geräts besteht aus einem automatisierten Mikroskop und einer Überwachungskamera, die motorisiert über einen Scanbereich von 150x 150mm auf Inklinationswinkel von senkrecht bis 80° eingestellt werden kann. Standard-Detektor ist ein hochempfindliches Spectro-Radiometer (380–800nm).
