Description
It is available as a 4 laser, 15 parameter device for flow analysis of up to 13 colors. The analyzer is particularly suitable for multicolor flow cytometry & Flow-FRET, for analysis of intracellular and cell surface proteins and their quantification and for DNA and cell cycle analysis. It is NOT suitable for cell sorting.
- measurement of 19 parameters: 17 fluorescence detectors, FSC and SSC
- 4 lasers: Red (635nm), Blue (488nm), Violet (407nm), UV (355nm)
- you can measure out of tubes or plates (HTS-System)
