Description
The CyTOF-technology couples metal-labeled antibodies and time-of-flight mass spectromety. This allows deep- and quantitative characterisation of cells with very little background due to minimal signal to noise overlap. Over 135 detection channels are available and theroretically allow multiplexing of over 40 markers.
