DLIP treated stamp

During the DLIP process, an interference pattern is created by overlapping two or more laser beams on the substrate´s surface, and thus producing a periodic modulation of laser intensities. The metal is photo-thermally ablated at the maxima positions, which leads to fabrication of the periodic pattern.
