The next generation mass cytometer CyTOF XT (Standard BioTools) allows automated high-parameter cytometry analysis of cells in suspension to discover new cellular functions and phenotypes in heterogenous samples. The unique combination of high-throughput cytometry with time-of-flight mass spectrometry enables the detection of up to 50 markers on the single cell level with metal isotope-conjugated antibodies simultaneously.
