Short Description
Large scale NGS short read sequencings system.
Description
The NovaSeq 6000 System is a large scale NGS short-read sequencing system. It incorporates patterned flow cell technology with even spacing of sequencing clusters allowing sequencing up to 9 bio. fragments/flowcell with a length of 50-300 bp paired-end reads. It leverages sequencing by synthesis (SBS) technology by using reversible-terminator fluorescently labeled nucleotides to deliver accurate data and robust performance.
