Description
Our LSRFortessa (HTS) is a 5 laser, 20 parameter device for flow analysis of up to 18 colors. The analyzer is suitable for multicolor flow cytometry, for analysis of intracellular and cell surface proteins and their quantification and for DNA and cell cycle analysis. It is NOT suitable for cell sorting.
- measurement of 20 parameters: 18 fluorescence detectors, FSC and SSC
- 5 lasers: UV (355nm), Violet (405nm), Blue (488nm), Yellow-Green (561nm), Red (633nm)
- samples can be loaded in tubes or in plates (HTS-System)
