The Antibody Service provides a centralized resource and state-of-the-art technology for the production, purification and labeling of polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies.
Services include:
- Production of rabbit polyclonal antibodies
- Production of mouse monoclonal antibodies
- Growth and storage of hybridoma cell lines
- Purification of monoclonal antibodies from cell culture
- Affinity purification
- Labeling of antibodies
The Facility uses an electrochemiluminescence platform provided by Meso Scale Discovery (Gaithersburg, MD) to screen for antibodies.
