Expertise
The Institute of Physiological Chemistry has installed and operates a FACS (Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting) facility to the benefit of the Dresden research community.
The facility features two top-of-the-art machines:
- FACS Analysis on the BD LSR II
- FACS Cell Sorting on the BD FACSAria II
The facility runs as a user-operated facility. Therefore, certain rules have to be followed.
ONLY USERS WITH SUFFICIENT BD TRAINING WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE THE FACS FACILITY! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
