Description
Das optische Messsystem wird für hoch aufgelöste und genaue Profil-, Topographie- und Rauheitsmessungen eingesetzt. Der Sensor arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der chromatischen Abstandsmessung. Durch Rastern der Probe werden entsprechend der Vorgabe Linienprofile oder 3-D-Oberflächen gemessen.
