Fast, "real-time" confocal imaging with FRAPPA capability. Illumination equipment: TM-LED, Andor AMH, 405nm diode laser + 488 nm solid-state laser Coherent Sapphire + 561 nm solid-state laser + 640 nm solid-state laser.
Suitable for confocal imaging, photobleaching and -activation of DAPI,EGFP, mCherry, Cy5 with high temporal and spatial resolution
