The New Technologies Facility supports the research group leaders and the faculty to research and to validate the potential of new emerging technologies.  Where appropriate the group will arrange demos and mediate access to these technologies. 

Services:

• In depth research of scientific techniques and equipment on request of the research group leaders, the faculty or the purchasing committee.
• Technology scouting and reporting to the research group leaders and faculty
• Organization of demos and testing as well as work with research groups to implement technology and run pilot research projects
• Presentation of these technologies via the intranet
• Represent the MPI-CBG in technology collaboration on the Dresden campus
