Light Microscope

Overview

This lightsheet microscope is designed for fluorescently labelled fixed and cleared whole organs or organisms. Sample sizes range from hundreds of µm to a few cm. The system is equipped with a white light laser for maximum excitation flexibility of fluorophores. Excitation and emission filters allow imaging over a wide range of the spectrum (405nm to 750nm). Imaging options include z-stacks, tiled imaging, multi-position and time lapse acquisition. Please note that for image acquisition a volume of 180ml of sample buffer or clearing solution is required.
