The diode Iaser „LDF 1500-10000, VG4L“ is a product from the Laserline GmbH company.

 

lt is directly linked to a 15-meter long fiber optic cable (central diameter 1.5 mm). The maximal beam power at the site of processing is 10.2 kW. The laser emits wavelengths of 915 nm, 940 nm, 980 nm, 1030 nm, though all wavelengths are usable. The distribution of intensity within the beam's diamter is, while focused, nearly constant. Basedon the nature of the work lenses were chosen which offer diameters of 7.5 mm, 11.0 mm, 15.0 mm and 19.0 mm. Prior to removing the surface materiaL right angle lenses were used which, depending on the aspect ration and focus lens, yields twelve different right angle focal points with a maximal expansion of 113 mm.
