Description

The optical microscope is an instrument useful for the visualization and analysis of the morphology of the samples during the micro fabrication processes.

The microscope Axio Scope.A1 is equipped with:

  • Yellow filter for photosensitive materials
  • Fluorescent filters (DAPI-FITC-TRITC)
