Furnace Type: vertical tube furnace
Heating System: resistance heating, outside
Useable Volume: diameter about 35 mm, maximum 50 mm possible, usable length approx. 100 mm
Useable Gases: inert gases, hydrogen
Useable Gas Flow: 0 -2 l/min
Pressure Range: normal pressure, pre-vacuum (work-tube-dependent), partial pressure approx. 50 mbar (dynamic)
Temperature Range: up to 1100 °C (depending on the working tube)
Optional Equipment: various exchangeable working tubes (Al2O3, fused silica), laboratory setup with gas post-cleaning (residual impurities in the ppb range)
