Heating System: Molybdenum heating, inside
Usable Volume: Base area approx. dia 450mm, Height about 450 mm
Useable Gases: Argon, nitrogen, hydrogen, high vacuum, helium as a flue gas
Useable Gas Flow: 0 -10 l/min each gas
Pump Kit: Rotary vane pump, Roots pump, Turbomolecular pump
Pressure Range: Normal pressure with continuous gas flow (only Arand N2), Pre-vacuum, high vacuum better 1 x 10-5 mbar, partial pressure controlled about 5 to 20 mbar with controlled gas flow (all working gases)
Temperature Range: Maximum temperature: 1500 °C, continuous operating temperature: 1350 °C
Optional Equipment: Bottom loader, in conjunction with He-flooding very low oxygen partial pressure
