Nahinfrarot-Detektor

Am Institut ist ein Nahinfrarot-Detektor inklusive Förderband installiert. Dieses Scanner-System ermöglicht die online-Analyse verschiedenen Abfall- und Reststoffströme hinsichtlich der enthaltenen Einzelfraktionen. Hierbei kann der Scanner u.a. unterschiedliche Kunststofffraktionen erkennen und mittels Druckluftdüsen aus dem zu untersuchenden Stoffstrom ausschleusen.

 

Near-infrared detector

At the institute a near-infrared detector including conveyor belt is installed. This kind of scanner system enables online analysis of various waste and residual material flows in term of individual fractions contained. Here, the scanner system identifies different plastic fractions and selects these fractions by the use of pressured air.
