Beschreibung

The xdesk is a ‘multi-touch’ table top surface, which allows multiple users to grab and manipulate digital content with their hands, navigating through information with simple gestures and touches. At the heart of the system is an Epson projector from the family of Epson's world–leading 3LCD technology. This projection system uses three individual LCD panels to display images that exhibit silky smooth movement and fresh, natural colours. Alongside the projector is a series of infra red LEDs which emit an infra red wash on to the underside of the touch screen surface. In turn this wash is picked up by two infra red sensors in the base of the unit which detect any changes to the infra red light as a result of finger touches on the xdesk surface.
