Beschreibung
It is a five laser (640, 561, 488, 405, 355nm), 16 parameter cell sorter. It's suitable for multicolor analysis up to 14 colors simultaneously & Flow-FRET. Cells could be sorted using various support, e.g. tubes (FACS, micro or Falcon 15ml), plates (6, 24, 48, 96 and 384-well) and slides. Localy it's the only instrument with a YellowGreenLaser (561nm), which allows the useage of mCherry, DsRed, dTomato, Alexa 555 and other "green-yellow" excitable dyes/proteins.
- measurement of 16 parameters: 14 fluorescence detectors, FSC (forward scatter) and SSC (side scatter)
- 5 lasers: Red (640nm), YellowGreen (561nm), Blue (488nm), Violet (405nm), UV (355nm)
- 2 way sort into 15ml Falcon tubes, 2 & 4 way sort into FACS tubes and microtubes, slides and plates (6, 24, 48, 96 and 384-well)
