Beschreibung
It is available either as a 3 laser, 10 parameter flow cytometer for multicolor flow analysis of up to 8 colors simultaneously. The analyzer is particularly suitable for multicolor flow cytometry & Flow-FRET, for analysis of intracellular and cell surface proteins and their quantification and for DNA and cell cycle analysis. It is NOT suitable for cell sorting.
- measurement of 10 parameters: 8 fluorescence detectors, FSC and SSC
- 3 lasers: Red (633nm), Blue (488nm), Violet (405nm)
- you can measure out of tubes or plates (HTS-System)

For using the LSRII you need an introduction by BD. The classes are organized by the facility technicians, please contact them for the next available spot in an introductory class. After being introduced please contact them again and they will create your user account. Then you can use the online system to book the time for your analysis Booking system.
