Beschreibung
The ZEISS Digital Scanning Electron Microscope is a Schottky field emission electron microscope oriented towards high resolution imaging (1-2 nm resolutions). It comprises also the GEMINI® electron-beam column. This scanning electron microscope enables high resolution imaging of surfaces of all kind of materials.
