The Laser Doppler vibrometer measures the velocity and displacement of one point on a surface (out of plane) without contact. Frequency range up to 100 kHz; max. velocity 12 m/s, max. resolution 0.001 m/s; max. displacement 200 mm, max. resolution 0.3 pm (with max. 10 nm displ.range)
