Description
With the Laser Doppler vibrometer (LDV) we are able to measure the vibrations on one point of a surface without contact. The ERCD has broad experience with this measurement system on small objects.
We are able to measure the velocity of the surface in range of 0.1µm/s to 250mm/s the frequenz in the range of 0.5Hz to 50kHz and the displacement up to 8nm.
