Beschreibung
RNA-Sequencing
- Poly dT based mRNA isolation from total RNA
- Barcoded strand- and non-strandspecific RNA-Seq library preparation for single read and paired end reads sequencing (? 3 ?g total RNA)
- Low input RNA-Seq library preparation (< 3 ?g input) down to 500 ng established and further optimized in respect of maximizing the number of exonic reads, minimizing the number of intergenic reads
- With FACS sorting (see FACS Facility) combined RNA-Seq workflow enabling preparations of less than 500.000 cells (still in test phase, with 1 Mio cells it works perfect)
