Description
Automated laser spinning disk live cell imaging microscope. The CV7000 has full environmental control and is connected with a robotic arm to an incubator. Illumination is provided by 4 lasers (405, 488, 561 and 640 nm) and a halogen lamp for bright field and phase contrast. Confocality is provided by a micro lens spinning disk of Yokogawa (CSU-W1), the light path can be deflected around the scan head to obtain epi fluorescence. 6 lenses are available: 4x (UPLSAPO4x, NA = 0.16, WD = 13mm), 10x (UPLSAPO10x2, NA = 0.4, WD = 3.1mm), 20x (UPLSAPO20x, NA = 0.75, WD = 0.6mm), 20x (LUCPLFLN20xPH, NA = 0.45, WD = 6.6mm), 40x (UPLSAPO40x2, NA = 0.95, WD = 0.18mm), 60x (UPLSAPO60xW, NA = 1.2, WD = 0.28mm). The instrument is equipped with 3 CMOS (2560x2160 pixels 16 bit) with a maximum frame rate at binning 1 of 5fps and 20fps at binning 2.
