Description
Our Aria Fusion is a 5 laser device for multicolor flow analysis and sorting. Cells can be sorted into various tube (4-way sort) and well plate formats as well as onto slides.
- 4 nozzles: 70µm, 85µm, 100µm, 130µm
- 18 fluorescence detectors, FSC and SSC
- 5 lasers: UV (355nm), Violet (405nm), Blue (488nm), Yellow-Green (561nm), Red (640nm)
- fully enclosed in a (Class II Type A2) Biosafety Cabinet

- This instrument can be used as an stand-alone device and is available for independent use. Please note possible requirements for access.
- This instrument can be used with the support of a supervising assistant.

Access Requirements
To use the Aria Fusion, you will need individual device training from our staff. Please make an appointment with us. You can then book the device via our online booking system before you start working. If you don't sort independently on a regular basis, you can of course also have us sort your samples as a service.
