Description
Our Discover S8 is a 5 laser spectral device for multicolor and image-enabled flow analysis and sorting. Cells can be sorted into various tube and well plate formats as well as onto slides.
- 3 nozzles: 85µm (6-way sort), 100µm, 130µm
- 78 fluorescence detectors, 6 imaging detectors, FSC and SSC
- 5 lasers: UV (349nm), Violet (405nm), Blue (488nm), Yellow-Green (561nm), Red (637nm)
- fully enclosed in a (Class II Type A2) Biosafety Cabinet

- This instrument can be used as an stand-alone device and is available for independent use. Please note possible requirements for access.
- This instrument can be used with the support of a supervising assistant.
