In Kooperation mit Forschungsgruppen aus Biologie und Medizin entwickeln wir neue Myosin-ATPase Inhibitoren, anti-TB aktive Verbindungen und Strategien zur Bekämpfung der Alzheimer-Krankheit.

Forschungsfelder

  • Metallorganische Synthese biologisch aktiver Carbazolalkaloide
  • Mechanismus der Palladium(II)-katalysierten oxidativen Cyclisierung
  • Eisen-katalysierte Transformationen in der organisch-chemischen Synthese
  • Design und Synthese potenzieller Wirkstoffe gegen die Alzheimer Krankheit
  • Strukturaufklärung und Synthese membranaktiver Lipide
  • Synthese hormonell aktiver Steroide
  • Silber(I)-katalysierte Pyrrolsynthese
  • Spezifische Inhibitoren von Cytoskelettproteinen
