Zurzeit wird an einer Vielzahl regionaler und internationaler Fragestellungen geforscht.
Die große Anzahl an Forschungsprojekten rund um den Wald, Landschaften, Bäume und den Rohstoff Holz ermöglicht es auch, den Studierenden anspruchsvolle und aktuelle Themen für Studienprojekte, Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten anzubieten.
