Light Microscope
Overview
It is a high-content fast widefield screening microscope capable of automated imaging of fluorescence, transmitted light and phase contrast with a large field of view. It supplies a laser-based autofocus and provides an environmental control (T, CO2, humidity) unit. Thus it is suitable for fixed as well as for live cell imaging. The stage can be moved with 100 nm precision in x, y, and z direction. An universal plate holder provides flexibility from slides up to 1536 well plates.
