Overview
It is an inverse microscope with a black-and-white camera dedicated to widefield high content screening of live and fixed samples in coverslip bottom well plates or chamber slides. It provides automated imaging including hardware autofocusing in fluorescence and transmitted light. Standard fluorescence filter sets are optimized for common fluorophores like DAPI, CFP, YFP, GFP, mkOrange, TyRed, Cy5 and iRFP. For live imaging environmental control (T, CO₂, humidity) is available.
